
NJSACC Conference 2026 Request for Proposals - Due Friday, October 24, 2025.
NJSACC: New Jersey’s Afterschool and Out-of-School Time Professional Network is excited to announce the Request for Proposals (RFP) for our 2026 Afterschool and Out-of-School Time Annual Conference. The conference will be held Friday and Saturday, April 17th and 18th, 2026 at the Princeton Marriott Hotel and Conference Center at Forrestal. Over the 2 days, approximately 300 afterschool and out-of-school time (OST) professionals gather to learn, network and share knowledge. Workshop applications should describe innovative, interactive and engaging workshop sessions that will provide conference attendees with activities and knowledge that can be implemented immediately. We are looking for dynamic workshops aimed at giving OST professionals and providers tools to offer high quality afterschool and OST programs. Workshops must align with the New Jersey Quality Standards for Afterschool (NJQSA). Please use the form below to submit your workshop proposal.
Key Points of Information:
- Date: Friday & Saturday, April 17-18, 2026.
- Location: Princeton Marriott Hotel and Conference Center at Forrestal.
- All workshops are required to align with at least one category within the NJ Quality Standards for Afterschool.
- Friday’s schedule consists of two 90 minute sessions and one 75 minute session.
- Saturday’s schedule consists of one 90 minute session and one 75 minute session.
- Proposals that showcase a product or goods for sale will not be considered.
- One presenter per workshop will receive 1 free registration for the day of their presentation. Additional presenters will be required to register and pay the registration fee if they would like to attend the remainder of the day. Additional presenters who will assist for the workshop ONLY, are welcome at no charge.
- Presenters must provide their own laptops and connection equipment (if needed).
- Presenters must provide their own flipchart (if needed).
- NJSACC has a limited number of LCDs available. If needed, you may request one, however availability is first come, first serve. It is greatly appreciated if you have an LCD that you can bring and use.
- If accepted, please note that workshop titles and descriptions may be edited due to space constraints.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, October 24, 2025.
Prospective conference presenters will be notified via email no later than the week of November 10th, whether or not their proposal was accepted.
